Indian Journal of Intellectual Property Law invites submissions

The Indian Journal of Intellectual Property Law at NALSAR, Hyderabad has called for submissions for Volume V of 2013. The submissions may be in the form of articles, essays, notes and comments on “a host of legal issues focusing on Intellectual Property Law.” The last date of submissions has now been extended to 31 August, 2012.

The word limit for “Articles” is 4,000 to 5,000 words, for “Notes” and “Comments” both is 2,500 words and for “Essay” the word limit is from 3,000 to 5,000 words. All word limits mentioned earlier are exclusive of footnotes. Citation is to be as per The Bluebook format. Submissions to be made in Times New Roman font, size 12 with 1.5 spacing. The footnotes are to be in Times New Roman font, size 10 with single spacing. Every submission should be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 350 words describing the relevant conclusions drawn in the manuscript.
