You are invited to attend the 2011 Hawai'i Access to Justice Conference "Access to Justice: Pursuing a Noble and Necessary Purpose" sponsored by the Hawai`i Access to Justice Commission and Co-sponsored by the Hawai`i Justice Foundation and William S. Richardson School of Law (This conference is funded primarily through the generosity of The Cades Foundation.)

The Keynote speaker will be the Honorable Lora Livingston, 261st Judicial District Civil Court, Austin, Texas. She is also Chair of the ABA Commission on Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts(IOLTA) and Former Chair, ABA Standing Committee on the Delivery of Legal Services.
The conference promises exciting, provocative discussions on equal justice issues, including excellent opportunities for audience participation and presentations by many others who are actively involved in the delivery of legal services to the underserved.
For Hawaii lawyers, three MCPE credits are being offered for this conference, which meets the annual mandatory continuing legal education requirements under Hawai`i Supreme Court Rule 22.
