Conference HighlightsWho Should Attend?
ð       This Conference will explore contemporary legal areas including corporate and economics legal issues, human rights, humanitarian laws, anti-terrorism law, international law issues, as well as the domestic law issues of the respective governments in the world.
ð       This conference will feature competitive research and writings from theoretical and practical legal perspectives.
ð       This conference aims to provide a platform for participants to coordinate their knowledge and expertise in monitoring, analyzing and assessing the themes and issues in the relevant laws.
ð       This conference welcomes academicians, legal practitioners from the industry and governmental bodies, policy makers, and other parties who are interested to explore the legal and related fields.
Call for Abstracts
THEME: FACING THE CONTEMPORARY GLOBAL LEGAL CHALLENGES
SUB THEMES: Public Law, Private Law, International Law, Socio-Legal issues, Shari’ah issues, Ethical issues, Legal Histories and issues on Comparative Laws
Deadlines:
  • Abstract submission: 1st March 2011
  • Full paper submission: 1st May 2011
  • Once a paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must register and present the paper at the conference
  • Selected papers will be considered for publication in the UUM Journal of Legal Studies (a refereed law journal)
